STUDY OF THE PEGANUM HARMALA AMINO ACID COMPOSITION GROWING IN AZERBAIJAN

The aim of the research is a qualitative and quantitative study amino acid composition Syrian rue (Peganum harmala, Nitrariaceae), growing in natural conditions Azerbaijan Republic. After preliminary confirmation presence acids, plant parts were subjected to in-depth by ion-exchange chromatography using post-column derivatization on L-8800 analyzer (Hitachi, Ltd.). Amino analysis roots P. conducted course this study, was carried out us for first time. According results analysis, 18 acids identified studied P.harmala, 8 which nonessential, 9 are essential 3 conditionally essential. total amount 7.162%, seeds - 6.096%, stems 14.676%. From individual underground organs proline predominates (2.149%), aspartic (2.698% 2.394%, respectively). least detected ornithine (0.007% 0.020%, respectively) cysteine (0.024%). Hydroxyproline not found stems. At same time, with exception proline, hydroxyproline, hydroxylysine stems, remaining be higher than other organs.
